Giant A+Plus Rewards

Our Lady of the Angels has the opportunity to earn cash from Giant.

Register your Giant card and designate Our Lady of the Angels with the ID #01862 on the form provided. Don’t forget to encourage your friends and relatives to do the same!

Extra forms are available at the school offices.

Cards need to be re-registered each year for the A+ program.

All you have to do is fill out the Designation Card below and:

§ Return the completed form to the school office before September 29th.

OR

§ Log on to www.GiantAplus.com to designate on-line,

between September 10^th and October 1^st.

OR

§ Bring it to the Customer Service Center of any participating* GIANT stores between September 10^th and October 1^st.
