Kraft, President called the meeting to order at
Father
Lawrence opened the meeting with a prayer.
Salute the

Felicia
Knowlton provided a Game and the Prizes were donated by Jill Hartman’s
Consignment Shop in Landisville.
Everyone was
reminded to sign the sign in sheet.
Kerrie
reminded everyone that tomorrow night is H & S Night at Isaac’s in
Mrs. Burg’s Principal Report
Family
Envelope is coming home this Thursday and she wanted to mention a few
enclosures:

Drop off and Pick up procedure for EB
is changing. Enter via the exit and drive around lot and
exit the entrance. A diagram is included. We need to make changes because of the
morning backups. We are having some
problems at the PB and that will be evaluated too.

Conference times enclosed – please be prompt!

The school will no longer call if a
packed lunch is forgotten. The child will eat the cafeteria lunch and a bill
will be sent home to the parent to pay for the lunch.

Birthday
celebration: 8th graders
provided children with a word puzzle, 7th grade gave the children 10 extra
minutes of recess. Each class will choose
an activity for the school plus a lunch for the month.
Mrs. Spicer
had her baby boy – Daniel. During her absence Mrs. Habestroh will be the
Librarian and Mr. Rothan will be the Art teacher.
Fundraiser
Review:

Wolfgang: Christine Snyder
$7,451 profit which was down $490 from last year;
participation was down; we will continue to send the order sheet out in the
initial family envelope to get that jump start.

Bridge
Bust: Bonnie Reich
$641 profit which was up $300 from last year; hot dogs,
breads and pies were big seller items; two raffles worked out well; The Church
was won by the Principal of Central Manor School and the Window was won by a HT
parish member who donated it back to the school for use.

Sub
$936 profit which was down $140 from last year;
participation down because we lost some big selling families; but very good for
a sub sale.
4.
Halloween
Parade: Barb Katalinas
Mr. Haas made the sign that lit up and we thank him; the
children loved it and had a terrific time.
We placed 5th and received $50.
Movie Night: This Friday, November 16th.

Bazaar: Jill Hartman
Information coming in family
envelope; the bazaar is 12/13 & 12/14.
will shop for immediate family
only; $2-$6 per gift item; A budget envelope will be sent home for parents to
complete as a shopping list;
raffles will be sent home before to purchase; Preschool will not go as a class
but
are welcome to go with a parent;
the craft will be cookie decorating and eating it!
12/6 – A prayer service will be
held at
treat and special gift. Beth and
Michele wanted to do something extra do to the 10 year school anniversary.
Basket
