SHOES
The safety of the
students comes first so it is important that the shoes they wear to school
provide that safety. Students are not to wear open toe shoes, shoes without a
back or any other style that may cause them to fall or slip. This year the
uniform company will give you the opportunity to purchase shoes. There are

We have not yet
reached our goal. Donations are accepted at any time. We appreciate all the
financial support we have received from the Annual Appeal. May God bless you
for your generosity and support. There is a report enclosed.
OUR LAST DAY OF SCHOOL
As of this date
our last day of school is June 6th. We will dismiss at 10:30. School districts
will NOT provide transportation at dismissal.
The location for Mass will be announced in the next newsletter.
FINAL GRADE REPORT
Your child will
not receive their final Grade Report on the last day of school. It will be mailed
to you later in the month of June. This way there will be instruction until the
children are dismissed on June 6th.
MUSIC FEST
Our Music Fest is scheduled for May 14th.
There will be two performances at 1:30 and 7:00. The instrumental students will
perform as well as students in grades 4 through 8.
SHORTS
The shorts that
the boys and girls are wearing are to be uniform shorts purchased from the
uniform company. I am seeing numerous styles and lengths. Please abide by the
uniform code. On the calendar the date for warm weather uniforms is May 5th.
You will be notified with a flyer in a Friday folder if that date changes.
VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION
We would like to
express our gratitude to all our wonderful volunteers with a special luncheon.
The luncheon will be on Thursday, May 22nd at 12:15. After the luncheon we
invite you to attend the Student Council sponsored talent show in the gym. Please let us know if you will be able to
join us by May 16th. We look forward to seeing you.

HISTORY EXHIBIT
I want to thank
Mrs. Collins and Mrs. Benko for coordinating this event. The turnout this year

I want to than all
those who played a part in this wonderful day. Special thanks to Mrs. Crumbling
who coordinated all the activities. Also I would like to thank Father Brommer
for the beautiful liturgy he celebrated with us.
