Our goal this year is $40,000.  We are able to keep tuition low because of the success of the Appeal, other fundraisers and the continued support of the Holy Trinity and St. Peter parishes.

2007-2008 REGISTRATION

I would like to encourage you to send in your registration as soon as possible. If you are having concerns about registering for next year and would like to talk with me please feel free to call and schedule an appointment. FRIDAY FOLDERS

Our most effective means of communicating is the Friday Folder. This comes home every Friday and contains your child’s work for the week, various flyers and forms of communication. This folder is to be signed by you and returned so it can be filled the next Friday. As a faculty we have discussed this procedure and would appreciate your cooperation in returning the folder as well as the Family Envelope as quickly as possible.

SURVEY QUESTIONS

There was a parent survey from the Diocese included with your child’s grade report that went home on March 6th. We piloted the grade report this year and as I stated back in September you would have the opportunity to share your thoughts. I ask that you take the time to complete and return the form. Thank you in advance for your help with this very important initiative.

YOU MADE HOSS’ NIGHT A HUGE SUCCESS

We were told that the turn out was the best that any school has had. You are GREAT!  The profit from the evening was $514. This money will be used to help make our birthday celebration a success. Thank you for your continued support of Our Lady of the Angels School.

MIDDLE STATES

The faculty has met to discuss four of the academic programs (ILA, Math, Science and Social Studies). The community study is also happening simultaneously. We want to thank those of you, who returned the survey; it is extremely important to our self study.

SPRING PICTURE DAY

We are trying something new this year and would appreciate any thoughts you have about it. The pictures taken on March 21st will not be used for school. They are strictly for your use and of course optional. The big difference is that you will be able to see the proofs before ordering. All children will have their pictures taken but you are under no obligation to purchase any of the pictures. Children may dress up and this means no sneakers, clogs, jeans, t-shirts or shorts. This is NOT a dress down day. If you have any other questions about the dress code please call the office. If I find a student’s attire is questionable I will call and ask that you bring their uniform. I ask that you cooperate and make this a nice day for all involved. Thank you in advance.

BJ’S WHOLESALE CLUB
